On Saturday 17th May 2025, Cambridge and Oxford University will celebrate the 150th Men’s, 50th Women’s and 2nd Para Varsity athletics matches in Cambridge at Wilberforce road. First held in 1864 and one of the oldest Athletics Competitions in the World. 

World Athletics will have a presence on the day, with an exhibition in the pavilion at the track. They will also make a presentation at 12 30pm marking this big anniversary.

We have close links with Cambridge University AC. Not only do we use their track five days a week but many of our members are past Cambridge University Students and Athletes. 

C&C members are invited to attend this historic occasion and support the University Club. The day starts at 10 30 and runs all day. There will be a lively atmosphere, with joyous rivalry and plenty of fun. 

Please come and cheer on Cambridge and be part of these big celebrations.
