Four athletes competed in the SEAA Senior and U20 Championships at a very hot Chelmsford on the 28th and 29th June.

Samuel Clarke won the gold medal in the 400m Senior Men’s hurdles with a time of 51.98.

Jack Nixon had a great race in the 5000m, winning the silver medal with a time of 14:58.60.

David Macqueen and Thomas Abbott competed in the Senior Men’s Long Jump and 400m respectively.
