A thoroughly excellent night at Manchester Sportcity for C&C athletes on Saturday 27 May 2023 – with standout performances from:
Tom Bridger – PB and Euro U23 qualifying time in the 3000m steeplechase
Alex Melloy – 2.5 sec PB in the 1500m – 3.43
Isaac Rothwell – 2 sec PB in the 1500m – 3.45.9
George Keen – PB in the 1500m with 3.50
Other C&C athletes also ran great races, Callum Elson ran 4 flat for the mile, and Kristian Green ran 1.54 for 800m and George Rowland ran a PB in the 1500m 3.50.4.
