Looking for high level runners for research!

The club have been approached by a University of Cambridge research student looking for runners to take part in a research project. This also includes race walkers.

I am a researcher at the University of Cambridge looking for runners to take part in a research study looking into body proportions and running performance. It takes about 15mins per person, and participants will be paid for their time. I can also drive to meet them wherever and whenever suits best. I was wondering if any of your runners might potentially be interested?

Eligibility is as follows:

– Over 18 years old

– Have run at least one of the following times in the last ~12 months:

Female: 19:29 (5km) OR 41:17 (10km) OR 1:33:25 (Half) OR 3:19:13 (Marathon)

Male: 15:38 (5km) OR 33:14 (10km) OR 1:13:41 (Half) OR 2:41:16 (Marathon)

I am also looking for sprinters and race walkers!

Very happy to chat in person with yourself or anyone who is interested if there are any questions! (07818116221, [email protected])
