Now the Kevin Henry 5k league is over, it is time for the Frostbite Friendly League. There is a lot more information in the link below. But in short there are six 5 mile multi-terrain races starting in October, all through the autumn and winter.
It is free for C&C members, just please ensure you are wearing a club vest. 16 clubs take part and it is great to have real live races back! The junior races of around 1.5 miles start at 10:15 and the 5 (ish) milers start at 11:00
