The is a series of 5K races held between April and September each year. Eight clubs compete in the league:

- Cambridge Triathlon Club
- Ely Running Club
- Haverhill Running Club
- Newmarket Joggers
- Saffron Striders
- Histon & Impington Runners
- Royston Running Club
Scoring
Scoring every runner who finishes a race scores a point for their club – with additional points awarded for those crossing the line first. Scores accumulate over the summer and the results are announced at the end of the series.
How do I take part?
To participate, runners just need to turn up to an event wearing their club vest. Races are free to enter and open to athletes aged 14 years and over.
