C&C AGM AND PRIZE-GIVING – 21/10/24

To be held at the Clubhouse, Wilberforce Road Track, Cambridge.

7.20 โ€“ 7.40 โ€“ Junior Award Presentation.

7.40 – 8.05 โ€“ Discussion with C&Cโ€™s England Marathon Running Championship Winning Team.

8.05 โ€“ 8.35 โ€“ Senior Award Presentation.

Light snacks and drinks will be available throughout.

The AGM includes Chairโ€™s Report, Treasurerโ€™s Report, and the election of Club of Trustees.

Current Club President, Neil Costello, and Treasurer, Ed Hall, are standing down from the Committee.

Over the past year the following members have been co-opted onto the Committee to represent areas of the club as follows:

We are very grateful to the above for their valuable input on the committee over the past 12 months. In line with the club constitution, post-AGM the newly elected committee will review and decide the areas that require representation on the committee for 2024/25. Chris Hurcomb served on the Committee in the Endurance Portfolio before handing-over to Sarah Abramson. Chris will continue on the Committee as Cambridge Operations Rep.

The committee is also very grateful to Minute-taker, Kathryn Williams, who has agreed to continue in this role for the coming year.
