The C&C Disability Athletics Group will be running a taster session for Help for Heroes at the Wilberforce Road track on Saturday 14th March 10.00am-12.00 noon. We are offering opportunities for wheelchair racing, RaceRunning, running and seated throws. There are likely to be a dozen or so potential athletes from Help for Heroes along with coaches and athletes from C&C to show them the ropes.
