Jack Gray finished a superb second place in the England 10,000m Championships at Walthamstow with a sub 30 minute PB of 29:12.36. Norman Shreeve also ran a PB of 30:18.25 .
Following Jack’s great performance, he has been selected to represent GB in the European cup 10,000m at Highgate in July.
