Callum Elson had a great return to track racing at the Ayo Dream Mile held at Lee Valley. Callum placed second in the Elite Men’s race with a time of 3:57.82. The winner’s time was 3:57.60.
Alex Melloy ran his first sub four minute mile in the same race, clocking a time of 3:58.42 for a third place finish. Alex’s previous best was 4:08.00. Alex will compete for Loughborough in the 1500m at this weekend’s British University’s Championships in Sheffield.
