This is to give official notice of C&C’s Annual General Meeting, and Prize-Giving evening, to be held on Monday 21st October.
The Club has much to celebrate, and there are awards to be presented across all disciplines, categories, and Age Groups.
The Annual General Meeting is an important event for the club each year. It gives members the opportunity to view the accounts, vote on any motions, and vote for the committee members (Trustees), as follows: President, Chair, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Track and Field, Endurance, Coaching Coordinator, Carver Operations Manager, “Without Portfolio”, and Welfare Officer.
Most of the current committee are happy to stand again for 2024 – 2025. However, there are two significant changes to be made. Neil Costello is standing down as Club President, and Ed Hall is standing down as Club Treasurer. Both have provided excellent and long-standing service to the club. We do have new nominees for both of these roles. However, the club constitution allows for other members to be nominated, not only for these two positions, but also for any of the other positions as well.

Monday 21st will provide an opportunity to meet club members, celebrate the Club’s successes and set up the Club’s General Committee for the following 12 months.
