The AGM was held on Monday 16th October 2023 at the pavilion, Wilberforce Road track.

The full minutes of the meeting can be found here. As well as talking about the year’s accounts to March 2023, the recommended subscription fee was presented. With costs increasing, including the England Athletics affiliation fee, the committee is recommending subscriptions for first claim members increases in 2024 to £80 (was £75). This is a 7% rise when many of our costs are increasing by more.

The AGM covered the election of officers. The full list of officers (trustees) elected and the co-opted members of the committee are as follows:
