Andy Parmenter and some of his group travelled to Copenhagen for the Copenhagen Half Marathon on 17 September 2023.The actual day was far warmer than expected, which did put a damper on the hope of lots of PBs, but it was an absolutely fantastic city to race in, with a vibrant and amazing energy throughout the course.

Holly Archer also ran, and was 3rd in the Elite ladies mile and then went to complete the half marathon in 77.47.
With winter approaching – more races and goals are on the horizon – and the group look forward to posting more fabulous results soon.
