Event entries

Please note that should you be unable to run please send an apology in writing (email) to the Cross Country Representative, Ric Park, before the event. In the event of a long term injury, please make sure you send an apology for each championship or note which ones you are likely to miss in your initial correspondence.

We accept that injury and illness are commonplace and unforeseen events can happen within days or hours before an event. In the case of the latter, please try to get word to someone as soon as practicable.

It does state on the electronic entry request form that athletes not showing up will be asked to refund the club paid entry fee:

County £2.50 juniors / £3.00 U20/seniors/veterans

Priory Park, St Neots  -  Sun 6th January, 2019

Southern £7.00 all age groups

Parliament Hill, London - Saturday 26th January, 2019

National  £7.00 all age groups

Harewood House, Leeds - Saturday 2rd February, 2019

This can be paid by cash (to your coach / another club official) or by cheque payable to Cambridge & Coleridge A.C. (not C & C AC).

Many thanks in advance for your co-operation. In the past we have had up to 50% of entry requests not taken up and we are endeavouring to reduce this loss.
